Delivery information

Delivery charges are banded by overall price and weight of the goods, and will be calculated at the checkout page.  

We endeavour to dispatch all orders Wingfield Digby within 2 working days. Including delivery, please allow 4 working days from the date of your order for the delivery. If your need your order urgently, please email us straight away after placing your order and we will try to meet your needs as best we can. Email info@wingfielddigby.co.uk

To ensure safe delivery of our products, we always use reliable couriers and a signed-for service. If you are out at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery.

*These worldwide express postage rates are highly subsidised. If you live outside the European Union (EU) and would prefer to be invoiced for your order for personal or commercial purposes, you may pay a higher postage rate, please email us prior to ordering and we can send you a custom invoice.    Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

 

Damage & Returns Policy:

If you suspect goods have been damaged in transit based on the state of the parcel received, please sign for the package as 'damaged' and contact us directly so that we can take the issue up on your behalf with the postage carrier.  

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, please return it within seven days using Royal Mail recorded delivery in the original packaging.  Once returned, we will refund the cost of the goods (excluding postage).   However due to the specific nature of wholesale, trade and bespoke items, we cannot accept returns of bespoke / trade orders unless the product(s) are damaged. 

International shipping:

We advise our overseas customers (including Europe) to note that orders shipped overseas are sent on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Please check with your local government customs office, prior to placing an order, if you need to pay import duty or any additional taxes that may apply to your country of delivery. Wingfield Digby does not accept any liability for additional taxes and charges relating to clearing your goods through customs. These are the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to goods returned by the customer.

International returns:

Any import duty and taxes charged to Wingfield Digby to receive a customer's return from overseas, is at a cost to the sender. Any duty incurred will be confirmed in writing and will be deducted from the value of the refund amount.
